Control System

The operating system utilizes the Windows 7/10 interface. The software supports switching between Chinese and English. Additionally, you can choose to use either the Siemens PCL or the Macrotron patented reflow soldering intelligent control system. This choice enhances operational efficiency while ensuring system stability and reliability.

 

 

Conveyor Belt

You have the option to select a stainless steel conveyor belt paired with anodized aluminum double rails. This combination not only prevents deformation but also ensures durability. Alternatively, you can choose a load-bearing herringbone mesh belt. The width, pitch, and rail width of the mesh can be customized based on customer requirements.

 

 

Heating Furnace

The heating furnace employs a modular design, allowing for uninterrupted maintenance and increased productivity. Furthermore, the application of a multi-stage cooling system, self-cleaning function for the furnace chamber, and exhaust gas filtration system all contribute to reduced maintenance time and labor costs.

 

 

Furnace Chamber

The furnace chamber is insulated with high-quality American rock wool, known for its excellent thermal performance. The chamber is also highly sealed. Additionally, we utilize a closed-loop convection system, allowing you to set temperature differentials based on actual conditions, with a maximum range of up to 60°C, all without temperature stratification.

 

Coe Hearting

The dual-layer, dual-heating wire system employs a patented turbine-style dual-channel heating method. This ensures powerful and uniform heat distribution. The thickened 4mm aluminum plate and advanced nozzle geometry maintain heat vent openings within 5mm, achieving seamless heat transfer for circuit boards.

 

 

Cooling System

Equipped with two dedicated forced cooling zones and one fan cooling zone, our design utilizes high-power, high-temperature motors and centrifugal fans to achieve forced convection cooling. This setup allows products to rapidly cool to temperatures below 50°C.

 

 

Rosin Recovery

Specialized rosin recovery devices are strategically placed between the furnace chamber, welding area, and cooling zone. These devices feature quick-release filter screens for easy maintenance and meet the requirements of dust-free workshops. Additionally, our system ensures odor-free emissions to the external environment.
