Product Brief

The winding equipment is widely used in the winding of silicon steel core. This equipment is suitable for winding circular, square, C-shaped, rectangular and other silicon steel cores. The whole process of machine production is controlled by computer, and the whole process of feeding, bucking, topping, winding, cutting and welding is monitored in a closed-loop way, which is fast, efficient, stable and does not require special personnel to watch.


Main Characteristics

1. Automatic feeding, clamping and hooking, winding, cutting and punching, welding and receiving the core with high speed and efficiency.

2. PLC system and HMI touch screen to control servo motors, moving parts and pneumatic components.

3. Continuous feeding, adjustable tension, accurate counting, closed-loop monitoring, automatic alarm.

4. Equipped with laser welder. Automatic laser welding with perfect welding spot, and pick up cores by machine hand.

5. Winding Core: ID=Φ8-40mm, OD Max=Φ50mm, Height=6-25mm.
