1. Product Introduction

This Electric Heated Reactor is broadly understood as a comprehensive container capable of performing physical or chemical reactions. It is equipped with a special electric heating device, which can carry out different container structure designs and parameter configurations according to different process requirements to achieve the heating and cooling effects, evaporation, and low/high mix function.

2. Advantages

Electric Heated Reactor applies advanced structure design, and it has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, small environmental pollution, and easy operation. It is composed of kettle body(cylinder body), kettle cover, jacket, stirrer, electric heating device, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support (supporting lug), inlet and outlet, etc. It also adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design, and it can also use a packing seal and a magnetic seal to ensure that the material is not contaminated. This device can withstand high temperature sterilization of about 120 ℃, and the working temperature can reach 200 ℃, using polyurethane and rock wool as insulation materials.
