Application

 

  1. ​Adipic acid is mainly used as a raw material for nylon 66 and engineering plastics, as well as for the production of various ester, as a raw material for polyurethane elastomers, and as an acidulant for various foods and beverages, sometimes better than citric acid and tartaric acid.
  2. Adipic acid is also a raw material for pharmaceuticals, yeast purification, pesticides, adhesives, synthetic leather, synthetic dyes and perfumes.​
  3. Adipic acid is a good pH regulator because its pH value changes little in a large concentration range, and its acidity is soft and lasting. The maximum dosage of this product for solid beverage is 0.01 G/kg; it can also be used for jelly and jelly powder, and the maximum dosage for jelly is 0.01 G/kg; when it is used for jelly powder, the dosage can be increased according to the mixing multiple.​
